Where you are right now

Something happened.
And you have been carrying it ever since.

Maybe it was a diagnosis. A loss. A relationship that ended. A version of your life that simply stopped being available to you. Whatever it was, there was a before and an after. And the after has been harder to inhabit than anyone around you quite understands.

You have done the work. Therapy. Books. Journaling. Meditation. Maybe coaching. Some of it helped. But something underneath has not moved. Not because you are broken, or resistant, or not trying hard enough. Because the tools you have been given speak to your mind. And what is frozen in you is not in your mind. It is in the story your emotions have been telling about that day — and who it made you.

"You know you're not who you were before. You're not sure who you are now. And you're not sure anyone can help you figure that out."

This is the threshold. This is exactly where Threshold begins.

The process

Three movements.
One return.

See

What that day was actually saying

Before anything can shift, you need to see the story clearly — not to analyze it or explain it, but to witness it. The story your emotions have been telling about THAT day. What it meant. What it decided about you. Most people have never been held in a space where that story could be fully seen without someone trying to fix or reframe it.

At Threshold, the creative work — movement, voice, expression — is designed to surface what language alone cannot reach. Not because creativity is therapeutic. Because it is the only part of you that bypasses every defense and goes straight to the original moment.

Feel

What it actually cost you

The weight you have been carrying has a name. It is not depression, or anxiety, or grief — though those words are sometimes close. It is the cost of what that day asked of you. The version of yourself you set down. The future that was no longer available. The permission to be who you were before, that you never gave yourself back.

The group at Threshold becomes a witness to that weight. Not to take it from you — to finally let it be known. There is something that happens when the thing you have been quietly holding is finally held by a room. It does not disappear. But it stops defining you.

Choose

What comes next — on your terms

Authorship is not about optimism. It is not about deciding to feel differently, or choosing a new mindset, or replacing a negative story with a positive one. Authorship is the moment you realize you are the one holding the pen. That what happened to you is real, and that what you make of it — from here — belongs entirely to you.

This is where most retreats stop — at the feeling. Threshold goes one step further: to the question Cora has been teaching from for years. What happens now? Not as a demand. As an invitation. A door that, once you can see it, you realize has been open all along.

Where this leads

Not a different life.
A different relationship to the one you have.

Most people who leave a Threshold weekend do not describe a transformation. They describe a recognition. Something they already knew that they had been unable to access. A part of themselves they had set down that was still there, waiting.

The shift is quiet. It does not announce itself. But it is durable — because it does not come from being told something new. It comes from finally being with something old. And choosing, for the first time with full clarity, what to do with it.

After the weekend

  • The story of THAT day stops being the story of who you are
  • You can feel the weight without being held down by it
  • The question "what happens now?" becomes yours to answer — not an anxiety, but an invitation
  • You carry the experience of a room that witnessed you and did not look away
  • Authorship — the felt sense that the pen is in your hand

The weekend

Three days to stop waiting
and start remembering.

Remember Who You Are is not a workshop you attend. It is an experience you move through. From Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, you are held in a space designed for one purpose: to help you understand what THAT day was always trying to say — and to remember who you are underneath everything it asked you to carry.

The group is small by design — ten to fifteen people maximum. Small enough that the room becomes a witness. Large enough that you are not alone in it. This is not a conference. Not a seminar. There are no slideshows, no workbooks, no homework. There is music. There is creative expression. There is the guide. And there is the group.

What happens inside this weekend is different for every person. That is the point. You are not here to follow a program. You are here to find your way back to yourself — using the creative part of you that bypasses every defense and goes straight to where the original moment is still frozen.

Who this is for

This is for anyone living in the in-between. The person who had a day that changed everything — the diagnosis, the divorce, the loss, the job that disappeared, the relationship that ended — and who has been carrying it ever since. Some are still raw in it. Others have been holding it for years.

They've tried therapy. Read the books. Done the work. But something hasn't touched the thing underneath. They know they're lost. They just haven't found anyone who could name it the way they feel it — until now.

The application exists not to gatekeep, but to ensure every room is composed of people who are genuinely ready — so that the group itself becomes part of what makes the return possible.

What to expect

Not a retreat from the world.
A return to yourself.

A woman performs a mesmerizing fire dance with surrounding flames on a dark background.

There are no performance demands at Threshold. You will not be asked to share before you're ready, to complete an exercise you don't believe in, or to move at a pace that doesn't match where you are.

What you will find is: time. Real, unstructured time, held by a guide who knows how to be with what arises without rushing it. A small group of people who are not there to fix you — who are there because they, too, have reached a threshold of their own.

Most participants describe a quiet shift that is difficult to put into words — not a dramatic breakthrough, but something more like recognition. Like finding that a part of themselves they'd set down was still there, waiting.

Apply to attend

Investment in the work

$3,500

Per person

Threshold is a fully immersive weekend. Accommodations, all meals, and complete facilitation are included. There is nothing additional to purchase and nothing left out.

Enrollment is by application. Not because the work is withheld — but because the people in the room shape the experience for everyone in it. Each cohort is assembled with intention.

Questions about fit, logistics, or what to expect? Bring them to your application.

Something here resonates with you.

The application is straightforward. It asks you to say, in your own words, where you are and what brought you here.
