A three-day creative retreat · Dates to be announced
When life changes you, it can be hard to recognize the person you’ve become. This is a small-group creative space to reconnect with yourself and choose what comes next.
Join the retreat waitlistFor the space between who you were and who you are now
A diagnosis, a caregiving season, a relationship ending, a move, a loss of direction, or another turning point can change more than your circumstances. It can change how you see yourself.
The experience is personal. You don’t have to explain it perfectly. You can arrive just as you are.

Your journey starts here
A creative process for noticing what changed, listening to what matters, and meeting the next chapter as its author.
01
Notice the story, the pattern, and what is asking for your attention.
02
Make room for the emotion, the message, and the movement.
03
Create, align, and decide what you want to carry into what comes next.

The weekend, step by step
Notice what is here now through music, movement, and creative expression. You do not need to retell the whole story.
Choose a song and listen for what the feeling may be trying to tell you.
Explore the ways a life-changing experience shaped who you became, and what still feels true underneath.
Create something of your own: a song, poem, painting, or letter. Share only what you choose.
Shape a personal creative practice and an anchor to take home with you.

What makes this different
Music, writing, movement, and art offer ways to express what can be difficult to explain. You do not need an artistic background. You decide what you want to make and what you want to share.
This is a reflective creative retreat, not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical care.

“The highest excellence is like water… it benefits all things without striving.”
A note from Cora
While my daughter was going through cancer treatment, I learned to stay curious and ask, “What happens now?” The experience changed her life, and mine. Threshold grew from that lived experience, and from the belief that a life-changing moment doesn’t get to write every chapter that follows.
“I place the pen back in your hand.”
